Article is great, wine and working out are two of my favourite things. Something that's woked for me is putting some wine into my water bottle. Keep in mind there is a high water content in wine, the antioxidants and fruity flavour are great. Really takes my workouts up a notch while sipping and listening to music. If you must stick to your model, you'd better wait until you finsh that first set.
